I recently subscribed as I am preparing a campaign. As part of that Campaign I am creating a lot of NPC's. I would love to have a way to group them somehow. Ideally, I would like to be able to make my own folders.
I also don't want them to be a part of the campaign because I don't want my players sneaking peaks at the NPC's.
I was just about to make the same suggestion. I'd love to be able to put characters into folders rather than sorting through all of them. I have several deceased characters and characters waiting to find a game that I do not want to delete, but that are clogging up the pipes, even when I sort them.

The best work around solution right now to organize characters is to use the My Campaign section to organize your characters. My Campaign section is basically already a place to organize and sort groups of characters. Just treat each campaign as a character folder and name it "ZZZ - Character Concepts" or "ZZZ - Dead Characters" or something similar. Depending on where you want the character "folders" to appear, you can use "000" or "ZZZ" to sort all the character folders to be before or after your actual campaigns.
As for the NPCs in the OP, just create a separate campaign and put them in there. As long as you do not give out the link, no one can sneak a peek at it.

I am just going to quote myself from a previous thread.
