I took the magic initiate feat for my Dragonborn paladin to get the Primal Savagery cantrip, but it isn't allowing me to add the cantrips or extra spell to the character.
Magic Initiate requires you to pick the appropriate version. You want Magic Initiate (Druid) and it will let you pick druid spells.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
I just took the magic initiate feat. It won’t let me add any spells and I do not see an option to choose the class my spells come from. Am I looking in the wrong place?

You need to pick the correct version for the class you're trying to get. Magic Initiate (Wizard) for example. Like I said in the post above yours.

Did you choose the Druid spell list?

Yes. I saw your comment. I just didn’t see the option when I first chose it. I found it when I went back.
