New to the forums here and pre-ordering content in general.
I'm wondering when the pre-order bonus content becomes available. I pre-ordered Candelkeep and while I can see that I have access to the new dice set, I'm wondering why I can't also see the portrait frames or the character sheet backdrops. I would love to be able to customize my character sheets.
Does this content normally drop after the release of the new content or will it be available beforehand?
In most cases the pre-order content becomes available at launch, this usually covering frames, themes and backgrounds. However some content, typically dice, can become available prior to release.
For example, if you pre-order Candlekeep Mysteries (which releases on the 16th), you'll get the researchers dice set immediately
Hey, sorry to be a bother but I keep getting notifications in my email about monthly subscriber rewards. Since I have an account and have had one for several months now, will I see these monthly subscriber rewards? Or are these incentive rewards to get people to sign up? Love the site by the way. DnD Beyond really lives up to its name. :-)

The Subscriber Perks refer specifically to D&D Beyond users with an active subscription, which allow for all sort of fun things: early access to new tools, unlimited character sheet creation, and more! Details regarding subscriptions may be found here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/subscribe
Hi, can you get access to the pre-order bonuses without pre ordering? Life happened and I missed the pre-order window for Van Richten's sourcebook and I was a little sad about missing the frames and backdrops. Is it possible to get them afterwards?
