With the recent announcement of Wizards going to publish themselves their books in French, German, Italian and Spanish (Expanding Dungeons & Dragons | Dungeons & Dragons (wizards.com)), can we hope that in the future, D&D Beyond will be able to offer these books in these languages as they are released?
I know it's mostly only a dream, but it would be nice if D&D Beyond as a whole could become multi-language :)
Beyond did a trial run with the Italian translation of the PHB a while back, but it did not seem like it turned out well enough to continue in the multi language direction. Since Wizards is doing the translation, that might lighten the load enough so Beyond can just piggy back off Wizards' efforts instead of translating themselves, but there is still a lot of the formatting and linking to do, so the cost and effort required might not be that much less.
