Hi! Has anyone else experienced a MAJOR delay in getting a reply from the DDB / Wizards customer service team? I submitted a ticket on January 9 about the Educators License (from my work/school email, not the one linked to my DDB account) and got a reply "We are currently experiencing a very high volume of contacts at this time, therefore there will be a slight delay in getting a direct response to your question or concern (ticket ID XXXXXXX). We do not consider this resolved and we are very much looking forward to helping you as soon as possible. " I know this is autogenerated, but after sending a reply on January 17 requesting an update, there has still been no further information/communication, not even another auto-generated reply. This feels like way too long of a time, even considering the staffing situations that came out earlier this year.
For context - I was wanting to see if it was possible to get some kind of credit for other sourcebooks not included in the Educator's License since I had already personally purchased 4 of the 6 books that come with it before ever learning about it. If I had known, I would have gotten them through the license then purchased other sourcebooks anyways.
