On WOTC's website it says:

Early Access to Digital Content on D&D Beyond: September 5, 2023

Is this only for the physical bundle? I've got the preorder for here on D&D Beyond, and it's not available yet.

Yeah, Early access is a physical/digital bundle only perk. It's been a point of confusion for the past few releases. It does look like they may have fixed it from saying 'available now' for everyone at least.
