Under Frame options, there are two frames listed under MOOT
Animated Stardust
Animated Solar
After selecting between both frames, neither frame is actually animated. They should be either linked correctly to the animated frame, or the name changed to simply Stardust and Solar respectively to prevent confusion.
Cleared the cache and reloaded the page in Firefox, and confirmed that I am seeing animations now.

I have tested mine and they are both animated on my side. It might help the mods/devs if you say what browser/device you are using?
