There are some cool subclasses I have on DDB that I can't publish because of its access to certain spells and whatnot. I totally understand why I can't submit it for just ANYONE to use it, but is there no way for us to submit these homebrew things to folks who have access to those spells?
Do NOT publish homebrew unless you are trying to reach a mass audience. Even if you are, I would still strongly advise against publishing it on Beyond, and I recommend publishing things on DMS Guild or DriveThruRPG instead since those platforms are geared towards sharing homebrew, and they give you the option to monetize your efforts in the future. Even outside of legal and financial considerations, it is a hassle to edit and change published homebrew on Beyond, so I strongly discourage publishing homebrew.
You can already share homebrew with anyone in your campaign on Beyond, so there is absolutely no reason to publish homebrew for the average user. Unless you are absolutely certain that you know exactly what you are doing, I recommend sharing things via private homebrew and ignore publishing homebrew.
