I began the survey in earnest and it immediately closed and thanked me for providing feedback without asking me any questions beyond the first. I think the survey is broken. Terrible. 

I was able to fill out the entire survey with no problem.

Wish I could say the same. It asked me one question and then locked me out saying I had provided feedback already which didn’t seem to jive with what they said about continuous feedback. 

I’d love to post screen shots to show you but I don’t think that’s possible.
