I noticed when making a homebrew feat that in the options for number of uses before a reset it only allows you to input a number, thus it does appear possible to specify a number of uses equal to a PC's level, or half-level, or based on an ability modifier. The only place to put such a limitation is in the actual description.
Have I perhaps missed something?
For example, I wanted to create a feat that could only be used a number of times equal to half the PCs level, resetting after a long rest.
