Session notes - For recording and providing campaign/session recaps readable for absent players or just for fine detail recollection
in Game calendar - Time moves differently in game than out of game. I would like to track the time and date so players can have and idea of time and session and I don't have to remember on my own all the time. (Possibly have day increment every tine the GM hits a "group long rest button" , or manually, Players with keen mind have a by hour clock, Players with out have a morning/midday/afternoon/night status, survival check button for possible accuracy. GM has a hide button for in Dungeon/ShadowFey etc.
A Group long rest button the GM hits to reset all spell slots and heath (maybe with an "are you sure?" confirmation
GM world notes - Not just a notes page, but multiple with search tags and permissions for individual characters to have rights to curtain locations and levels possibly with hidden tabs for players and additional information blocks that unlock with a knowledge DC check..
Whisper dialogue - If online a whisper dialogue that allows pasting of chunks of formatted text and image would be nice. It would be less suspicious than phone texts between players and the GM during a game. If the information was shared GM note link passed to a player with pictures that's even better. A quick couple of clicks, the GM keeps going, but the player has a GM "pop up" with relevant secret information.
Anyway these options are a result of my game last night. I just thought I would through them out in case they had not been added to the list yet.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
The lack of inflection in text means that a reader of any post adds their own inflection as they "verbalize" it in their head. I write long and repetitive in an effort to be clear and avoid my intent from being skewed or inverted. I am also bad at examples. It is common for people to skim my posts pull out the idea they think I mean or want to argue against or focus on my bad example instead of the point I am actually trying to make. I apologies for the confusion my failure to be clear and concise creates.
