Yeah, that is possible. Borderline false advertising for everybody that already has that set (which is almost everybody because it is free since the movie came out two years ago) but on the other hand absolutely what I would expect from WotC at the moment.
It's like the 12 days of christmas gifts that were literally all things previously given away for free, hell some of them were literally given away the month prior...

Where is the free dice set that is advertised with the spring sale email?
I followed the link to the marketplace but I can't find it.
I'm guessing they mean the free dice with the Honor Among Thieves set.
