I imagine being able to look at the tabs at the top of a browser while running a session, and knowing which page it is that I am about to click on, instead of having to click on each page to see what content is being displayed on it.
On the left side is a menu, and it links to titles on the page. Add a little javascript and the title could be changed.
If I had a wish spell, this is what I would use it on, as it would make my DMing a LOAD easier.
I personally use the chrome tab groups to accomplish this. They take up a little more space but they are collapsible too. A small inconvenience setting up each time but worth it to me. Especially if I get so many tabs I wouldn't see the names normally collapsing the other groups allows me to read more of the name. It might not be exactly what you want but since it's customizable it might work as a work around for now.
