I am a DM Tier sub, but I recently entered a new campaign with other user that is also DM tier, so I wanted to know if there is anywhere I can see what is the exact content he is sharing with me throught that campaign.

Click on content management just like you would for your campaigns. Only difference is you won't be able to make changes since it's not your campaign.
