I think the the item scroll spell should be able to select the spell that is on it so that as I am managing my character I don't have to track which scroll is which spell. or have it that I can find spell scroll for each spell and there respected levels.

I agree with this suggestion wholeheartedly. It is not graceful to add "other item" or some other workaround when dealing with spell scrolls.
