ALizard person without armor has a base AC of 13 +dex, but if you make a lizard folk Barbarian it uses 10 as your unarmored base AC instead of 13+dex. I understand you don't get to double up on the dex bonus but shouldn't the AC be 13+dex+con?
You're describing two different AC calculations; 13 + Dex from lizardfolk, and 10 + Dex + Con from barbarian. These cannot be combined, it's one or the other.
