I'm trying to create a D&D campaign and D&D-based lessons for my students in my classes. If it goes well, I'd like to list these materials/curriculum for adaptation and purchase on a teachers-pay-teachers account. Is there a way to do this without violating copyright? I know Wizards has middle-school lessons available for free online, but I teach high school.
As long as you use content released in the SRD, and don't use trademarked or copyrighted terms, you're probably OK. Check that and see how many of your questions it answers.

I would recommend not asking random people on a forum for legal advice. Instead contact Wizards of the Coast directly
