I think it would be greatly helpful if characters had some sort of audit log.

Essentially, it would serve as a changelog for each character, including such things as:

Date of level-up.

When gear/currency is changed (this might be excessive?).

When spells are added (not prepared spells, but learned one, like with wizards).

Whatever else is relevant...

I believe that this would serve as a fantastic reference for such key features.
