Just a heads up on what looks like missing text in the Forge of Fury adventure in Tales from the Yawning Portal. I apologize if this is the incorrect way to notify.
In Aftermath -> Track the Broken Blade - the text references the following: "the handaxe from area 14, and the warhammer from area 23. All bear Durgeddin’s smith-mark;"
Area 14 does not mention the handaxe at all and the description of the warhammer from area 23 does not state it has Durgeddin's mark.
I don't have a physical copy of the book to confirm but my version of the book in a popular VTT does have the relevant text in it so I used that as confirmation. In area 14 and area 23 under the Treasure sections, there are supposed to be references to both weapons having Durgeddin's mark.
EDIT UPDATE: I looked up the relevant passages in the original hardcover in my local hobby shop today. The text is missing there as well. Does not appear to be any errata on it either. Looks like the digital version here is aligned with official WotC text.
Thank you - I checked and triple-checked by book, digital book and numerous errata and this is the first post I've seen which references this brace of errors!
Can you please relay the exact text here so I can update my players; I'm most interested to know how the handaxe is described and if it's a +1 etc.

As they mentioned in their edit, the text is missing in the physical version and there is no errata so there is no text to relay. It simply does not exist at this time
Not in the books or D&D Beyond but: 'my version of the book in a popular VTT does have the relevant text' so the text seemingly might exist in some online version of the book :)
Here is the text from the VTT version. Hoping it is not a forum violation to post it here.
Neither item is listed as magical either in its original location description or in the Aftermath - Track the Broken Blade section.
Area 14:
Treasure. A successful DC 10 Wisdom check reveals a loose stone on the south wall, concealing a sack that holds 250 sp and 40 gp, along with a handaxe that bears Durgeddin’s smith-mark. Aside from his potion of healing Old Yarrack keeps his personal treasure in area 8.
Area 23:
Treasure. Each tomb is a marble vault 6 feet long, 4 feet high, and 3 feet wide, with a heavy stone lid. Despite the warnings carved on the tombs, there is no danger here. Even if the characters disturb Borgol, Gharin, or Numik, all they find are old bones and no undead.
The three dwarves were buried with little funerary wealth; Durgeddin’s folk believed in honoring their dead with stone, not riches. Borgol’s remains include a ring of gold in the shape of a dragon holding its tail in its mouth, worth 120 gp. Gharin was buried with a finely crafted warhammer inset with a garnet, worth 110 gp. The warhammer features Durgeddin's smith-mark.
