Yeah title is the short of it. I was looking back on my first character on Dnd Beyond for whatever reason she has Power Word Kill, and Power Word: Pain from Book of Shadows. I don't think it's anything homebrew from the old DM since it's on the character creation menu. For the hell of it I recreated the character sheet from scratch but no Power Words appeared. Any idea how the hell this happens?

That'd be someone's homebrew spell. All homebrew is automatically shared inside a campaign.
