I am really discouraged by the lack of controls for managing owned content in DnD Beyond. I bought the Legendary Bundle last year, which I enjoy. It came with a lot of great content I didn't have access to before. However, it also came with a new problem – bloat.
There are books I bought for my general collection, and then there are books with content relevant to my actually games. DnD Beyond does not provide an effective means to easily access what is relevant to my current game. It just lumps all the content together into one bucket. When I run Waterdeep: Dragon Heist, I want Forgotten Realms content to be available – but I want to exclude character options, monsters, items, etc. that are specific to settings like Eberron or Wildemont.
I do not know if revamping the organization management and controls of purchased content is on the roadmap, but I wanted to share because this has become a major pain point for me in my use of DnD Beyond. If affect my decision to buy more content from the site since I already struggle with having too much to sift through to find what I want and direct my players to setting-appropriate source material. If the design of content management, the ability to filter owned content, controlling what content my players can use for a campaign, etc. is not on the roadmap, I hope it is something that will be incorporated into the roadmap soon. The more content someone buys, the harder it is to use any of it or find what is helpful.
