I'd really enjoy a system (much like a diff in programming terms,) where I can visually see changes from the last time I looked at a player's character sheet.
It could be highlighting the content just to say 'this has changed', or a dropdown menu with individual clickable elements that show the changes ('Max HP: 100 -> 108'). Otherwise maybe a versioning system to show stepped progress through each of their changes ('v20210920a - 11 items changed').
Just something to show me when a player has changed something so I don't need to play detective between each session for updates they should have (or shouldn't have!) done.

One of my players just changed their Sheets and I cannot remember entirely what was what. So frustrating
