It would be really useful to have a timer option built into the character sheet that allows you to keep track of rounds. For example, spells that last a minute. It could be built into the sheet that upon casting a spell that has a duration longer than Instantaneous, a countdown is created somewhere on the sheet that you can click on each subsequent round. A similar thing could be instituted for keeping track of concentration. It may be useful to put these trackers up near the health box (at least the concentration one), as you'd be reminded to roll for maintening concentration if you take damage.
I have just started using D&D Beyond, so I apologise if this is already a functionality. I've been unable to track it down, or any mention of it either, and I think it would make a great addition to the interface.
