I bought it a month ago (combo digital/hard copy) and the digital link doesn't work. The link comes up but it is frozen and won't let me "click it". Through a really convoluted and frustrating customer help page, I reached out WotC and was able to contact customer service by email. They got back to me, told me to reset my cookies and closed the case. It didn't work and they are not responding to my emails. Anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? Not only did this cost me $63 bucks, I'm DMing a Storm Kings Thunder campaign and really want that content!

I should say that I own lots of other books and have bought content seamlessly in the past.
