There's been a handful of previous threads about the possibility of Plane Shift content being added to DnD Beyond, but none since Wizards of the Coast acquired the platform. I know previously one of the main barriers to adding the content was a lack of permission, but now that DnD Beyond is part of WotC, I imagine that should be less of an issue.
I personally think that Plane Shift content should be added to DnD Beyond as "non-core" content similar to One Grung Above and Locathah Rising. That way it could easily be avoided by the people who dislike it, but the people who enjoy it can use it. Having it on DnD Beyond would make it substantially easier to make characters with the races and subclasses included in the pdfs.
I find the Plane Shift content to be in a bit of a grey area because while you could just say it is an official Wizards of the Coast release, it was technically made by the Magic The Gathering team when James Wyatt was working with them. It's not really a "non-core" D&D product in the same way that the supplements you listed are because those were made and released by the D&D team, even being released on DM's Guild in some cases, whereas Plane Shift was just thrown on the WotC website as a free PDF. To me, Plane Shift seems more like homebrew that was made to promote brand synergy rather than an official, if "non-core" D&D release. So I think it's unlikely that we'll see it implemented here any time soon, especially since there are some non-core releases that still haven't been added here such as Domains of Delight, Minsc and Boo's Journal of Villainy or Return to the Glory.
Though truthfully, I am more interested in seeing the various missing content or functionality from books such as Tasha's Cauldron finally be added to the site before we start dipping into the back catalogue for new products to sell. That's a different discussion, of course.
Domains of Delight is an official D&D release. The Plane Shift content was homebrew made to promote Magic: the Gathering releases, not produced by the D&D team. I would not personally anticipate it being added to D&D Beyond.
