We've had the updated Blood Hunter for- what, around a year now? The biggest change of all being given options for your hemocraft modifier: Int OR Wis, an (imo) beautiful marriage between the two big previous versions of the class. One of the things I love most about the change is the versatility it gives multiclassing as Blood Hunter-!
... Or that it would give Blood Hunter, if not for one of the multiclass prerequisites being "Int 13." It's been around a year now, can we please update Blood Hunter's multiclass prerequisites to be Int *or* Wis 13? It would be such a good qol change for BH mains who, if they want to do a Wis BH multiclass build, have to resort to pdf character sheets because we *physically can't* make them with D&D Beyond
On the first page of the character builder, there is a section titled "Use Prerequisites." It has a toggle for "Multiclass Requirements" that, when toggled off, will not restrict your ability to multiclass even if you don't meet the prerequisites. Using that toggle, it should not be impossible for you to multiclass, even if it would be preferable for the system to have the appropriate requirements built in.
Thanks for the advice! Wasn't aware of that toggle before. Agreed though, still would rather the prerequisites be updated to reflect the class's flexible modifier. There are classes that use Str OR Dex for theirs, so the site clearly has the infrastructure to support it!

The class as listed on D&D Beyond uses the rules for Blood Hunter as designed by Matt Mercer. While he added the int/wis option, he did not add such an option for multiclassing prerequisites. As such, D&D Beyond doesn't list such an option. You would be best off directing your feedback to Matt Mercer rather than D&D Beyond.
