I am a DM running 2 different groups, and inside those 2 groups, I have a few campaigns that are going on at any point. This means that I am regularly running up against the sharing limits on my account. For a number of reasons, this adds to my overhead while managing my campaigns on D&D Beyond.
Has anyone considered a higher-level account that would have expanded sharing permissions? I would gladly spend a few more dollars a month just for the ability to expand my ability to share content with my players to additional campaigns.
This is actually already possible due to how content sharing works. If you make a second D&D Beyond account and subscribe at the master tier, you can then add your primary account to each of your content sharing campaigns on your secondary and all your content will be shared. This gives the ability to share to 55 additional players
Well if the functionality is already there, why not establish an extra tier, make it simpler, and make a couple extra bucks?
I didn't say the functionality was already there, I said it was already possible to expand the number of players you can share content to.
Thanks for replying. This gets into my concerns with extra overhead. My goal with D&D Beyond is just to make my life simpler as a DM, hence why I have ended up with nearly every piece of D&D material in triplicate (Physical, D&D Beyond, and Roll20). I appreciate the explanation of how I could do this, but then I have to think about the various accounts I am using. I am guessing it wouldn't work with Encounter Creator, which I use all the time.
My whole intent with posting this here was to hopefully catch the eye of the product team and just make sure that they were aware that, hopefully a relatively simple feature to implement could generate some extra revenue :) I can tell you I would be in line to upgrade my subscription.
I’d be happy if I could share my homebrew with select individuals without publishing it to the world.
You can already do this; homebrew is shared with anyone you're a campaign in, no subscription of any kind required. So if you want to share homebrew with people without publishing it, make a campaign and invite them.

No, he means copy it from a friend's homebrew creation to his own without going through the entire process of building it in his own homebrew creation. Not all players are all in the same campaigns.
