Undead Tags are missing from Tome of Beasts Creatures. Or at least when I search with those two parameters checked I get no results, even though there are undead in Tome of Beasts. Can anybody verify or show me how I am looking in the wrong way?
It's not specified as the "monster type filter" but that banner of icons on top of the monster search, that's the monster type filter. You'll need to click the "show more" arrow to get to Undead. With that and Tome of Beasts selected as a source, you'll get ~57 monsters.

Tags are a deprecated feature from the early days of D&D back when the monster database had more limitations
Undead is not a tag, it's a creature type
