I was just about to purchase one of the bundles, or the half of it I didn't already own, to the tune of $398. Now I will never buy a book from this site, and you get only 6$ a month from me. The A La Cart options were the only thing that made it affordable for a newbie to make whatever character they want. Now you are effectively monetizing creativity. Also the new page may look nice, but it doesn't work well.
Just stop buying stuff you don't need immediately.
I guess they might reintroduce it if they notice a decrease im revenue https://xender.vip/ .
I only considered buying all adventures due to the bundle, but no way I will buy all of them, let alone the majority, without the bundle being an option.
I already own most of the books with character options. Was going to Complete the bundle to get some campaign settings and books with maps. But D and D is a pretty bloody expensive hobby to break into and this stuff just discourages new players. Plus it's just data, so it's crazy not have some deals. The fact that they had the A La Cart options just made it seem like a more positive space for new players. I've already purchased a lot of the physical books, and some of them again on Fantasy Grounds. So there is no way I'm paying anything like full price.
