The description of Subclasses in the 2024 Player's Handbook can be misleading if you're not paying close attention. I have not received my physical PHB to check if the wording matches that of DNDBEYOND, but as of this post this issue stands for the digital version of the book.
In the 2014 PHB, each feature of your subclass told you at which level it was gained at the beginning of its description.
The current version of the 2024 rules doesn't mention at which level each feature is gained, in order to figure that out you have to look at the detailed table listing class features.
This can be confusing since in most core rule books, when there are not requirement or restrictions listed, features are gained immediately upon chosen.
For example, a player who choses the Life Domain upon reaching level 3 as a Cleric, is presented with the domain features that they gain access to, including Supreme Healing.
Supreme healing is meant to be a level 17 feature, but there is nothing to indicate this currently, and a player would be justified in assuming they gain that feature straight away, since neither the domain description explains that added features are gained upon reaching higher levels, nor do the feature description themselves have a level requirement.
The Physical book specifies the level before each feature, both for core class features and subclass features. The Physical book reads: "Level 17: Supreme Healing."
...But I do not see why you can't see the "Level X: Feature Name" thing. It is right there in D&D Beyond on both the free rules and the 2014 digital PHB. Is that specifically on the Character Creation page? If so, that should probably be updated.

It's only on the class page that the level notations are missing. The digital book and the character builder have the necessary information.
Its missing for me on mobile, but not on desktop. I believe its a mobile viewing error that is removing the "Level X: Subclass Feature" and replacing it with "Subclass Feature"

I've been searching for a place to point this out, but so far can't find a dedicated forum thread for website errors.
