Essentially title. I've noticed that for some reason the legacy subclasses for rogue are not showing up as available subclasses despite legacy content toggle being checked when creating a new 2024 rogue. I have all legacy sourcebooks so I should be able to see it you can see an album showing this in the following Imgur link https://imgur.com/a/3vvK9f5 . Specifically what is missing is the Phantom subclass, which was not updated with the 2024 rules, but is still not listed.
With some further testing, also seems to be happening for essentially every class. we were told that if we wished to we could still use the 2014 (legacy) versions of these classes and subclasses
Actually think I've figured it out, Phantom not being shown is definitely a bug. but If you want to use the old versions of subclasses you also have to use the Legacy versions of the class as a whole. because they said essentially that if you want to use any of the new rules you have to use all of them
Most of the 2014 WotC subclasses will work with the 2024 classes. Arcane Archer and Phantom are missing, but you can pick the others if you have the legacy toggle on.
Subclasses from other publishers are not, and that's probably licensing.

I doubt its licenscing just DDB being stupid
But yeah as he said Im unable to select Subclasses from Critical Role Content or etc despite having those toggles enabled
Nah, partnered content was specifically called out and they're working with their partners.
I can confirm that the subclasses work just fine, I've been successfully homebrewing them over.
