Has anyone else had an issue with FedEx losing their books, admitting to losing them, and WotC still refusing to file a claim with FedEx and send you replacement books? Or is it just me? WotC should have an option to ship using USPS, UPS, or another carrier. FedEx has proven unreliable at best in my area.
It gets worse. I even attached a transcript from my online chat with FedEx support in which they admitted the package was lost and that WotC needs to file a claim, but WotC still is refusing to send replacements. WotC keeps closing the trouble ticket as "Solved." I can contact my bank and have the charge reversed, but then I am afraid WotC may lock my account or something. I have quite a bit of money invested in D&D, much of it on DNDBeyond, so I would prefer to not have that happen.
Anyone have any suggestions? Is there a phone number for WotC that anyone knows where I could try to resolve this directly rather than through emails? This shouldn't be so hard. FedEx admits the loss, just file the claim.
