“You didn’t lose access to your content, it’s still in the compendium.”
Which means I lost access to everything BUT my compendium content. If that was all I wanted, then I would have only purchased the a-la-carte compendium option when I bought it. Had a-la-carte purchasing options not been removed, I’d be able to calculate the monetary value of the actual content lost. Without a-la-carte purchasing options - there is no longer an actual value attached to the features that I paid to have integrated into my character builder.
And you can’t sue unless what you’re suing for has an actual, quantifiable value.
