I'm not sure if this is the best place to find answers, but I am wondering why I cannot create characters using warforged stats? I have the content available to read and use; it just doesn't appear in the character creator. Any ideas or suggestions?
You need to have Magic: the Gathering content enabled (slider on/red/right) in the character preferences. If you didn't buy the content yourself, it also needs to be in a campaign with content sharing turned on, and where someone in that campaign owns the race.

Warforged require Eberron content to be enabled, not Magic: the Gathering
Do you own the book? If yes, make sure your entitlements are in sync in your account settings.
If you don't own the book but it's being shared with you, you have to create the character within the campaign where the content is being shared.
Also make sure you're following the guideline shared above about enabling Eberron content for a character.
If you don't own the book and the content is not being shared with you by someone with a subscription in a shared campaign, then you don't have access to the race. It is not part of the free rules and must be purchased.

Hello Y'all,

Thanks for your response! I figured out the issue - I didn't use the shared content correctly. It's all sorted.
Thanks!

I have the same issue. Was this ever fixed or am I doing something wrong?
I can see the race too but what I click on it it takes me to buy the book even though it says I have the book.
