I just spotted this in the first paragraph of the Dungeons section in chapter 3.
"Because of their origins and purposes, dungeons have a range of think about its distinctive qualities."

It looks like two different sentences got mashed together.
That definitely looks like a data entry issue on D&D Beyond. I'm looking at the physical book and it says
"Because of their origins and purposes, dungeons have a range of distinctive qualities."
Seems like somebody did a copy/paste by mistake.
