I have the digital bundle pre-ordered. My digital PHB is available to me. I have a Master Tier. I am the DM.

Is there a way to restrict the character building content to 2024 PHB at the Campaign level in D&D Beyond?

There's no way to restrict the character builder at all at the campaign level.
