Maybe you already talked about this but character builder seems not fully compatible with 2024. Couple things I noticed (though I might be missing something):
Bard Magical Secrets not allowing to select spells from Druid, Wizard, Cleric classes
Thank you, r4fulo1! I was trying to port my L12 bard to 2024 rules and found the same issue with Magical Secrets. No option to select the spells from other classes (or swap them out).

The warcaster issue is a known bug with the prerequisites. Can add it for now by toggling off feat prerequisites.
