The title says it. Week ago, after providing card info it got charged, but site turned out with an error that said to try again. I did open a ticket immediately, and STILL haven't got any answer. I really don't want to issue a charge back, cause it could lead to a ban, but I cant get access to new content or pre order bonuses either. What do I do now, just wait? Is there any other way to contact support?
