Homebrew creation updates needed

Now that nearly all 2024 core rules are released, there needs to be some clear improvements on the Homebrew Creations front.

• ability to permanently delete homebrews (this would also benefit DNDBeyond, as no old and unused homebrew is cluttering the storage)
• homebrew mundane item!
• homebrew classes!
• homebrew backgrounds and species that function like the 2024 versions(no asi on species, but an asi on backgrounds)
• Bastion support and homebrew options

There are certainly some other needed updates, but these would go a long way to make the homebrew feature better
