This is incorrect, there is nothing you can do to turn off the 24 free stuff, NOTHING!

No, what I said is correct. You can still access all of the 2014 content. I did not say that you could turn off the 2024 stuff; in fact if you read my earlier post you'll find I said exactly the opposite of that.
And the OP was looking for a way to turn off the 24 content, which you can not do you can turn on the "legacy", but you can not turn off the new. Even if you build a 14 character you still have to weed through the 24 stuff when you build, play and level a 14 character up.
