Spending Hard earned Gold

So i noticed that I can search for items with DND beyond, I can add items with DND beyond.  But, is it possible to "buy an item" from the phb (on dnd beyond), add the item to my character and have it automatically take the price out of my gold?

Seems like this should be a thing.

I haven't found a way (and looking) as this complicates Character creation if you choose Gold instead of starting equipment.

I have a level 4 character and come in to some gold while adventuring. Now i want to spend! But it seems like dnd beyond would help us "shop"
