Please let me know if this is correct because it caused issues with combat and even arguing that it should be a Quarterstaff since that's what is mentioned in the handbook:
There isn't really a meaningful difference between the "staff" Arcane Focus and the "wooden staff" Druidic Focus, other than the the druidic one has to be made of wood (while the arcane one could be made of something else, like metal). D&D Beyond probably should give you the "wooden staff" one, but there's nothing stopping you from just removing the wrong one and adding the right one.
Both types of staff focus can, per the Player's Handbook, be used as a quarterstaff, including the weapon mastery property (though Druids typically don't have access to that anyway) so which one you have shouldn't have any impact on combat.

It looks like there is an issue with the Staff(Casting focus) for the 2024 Druid class.
When you create a 2024 Druid, the starting gear gives you Staff(https://www.dndbeyond.com/equipment/540-staff) which is for arcane casters.
But I believe it should give you Wooden Staff(https://www.dndbeyond.com/equipment/530-wooden-staff) instead.
Please let me know if this is correct because it caused issues with combat and even arguing that it should be a Quarterstaff since that's what is mentioned in the handbook:
Choose A or B: (A) Leather Armor, Shield, Sickle, Druidic Focus (Quarterstaff), Explorer’s Pack, Herbalism Kit, and 9 GP; or (B) 50 GP
But a Quarterstaff can knock people prone and such.
I know it's nitpicking but it would've changed how the fight would've ended.
Thank you very much.
