I'm running through some adventures and there's a problem I'm facing; when trying to go between book chapters on the web I need to scroll all the way to the top of the page. The breadcrumbs to go back to the table of contents is 5px below the header and quickly disappears when you move down the page. I would love it if that was a part of the header too.
Bumping this, adding feedback: The breadcrumbs also disappear when the window width shrinks to a single-column view, which means that there's no on-screen navigation back to the table of contents or to other chapters. Not so bad when you can just hit the "back" button, but I've faced many times in the past few days where this was inconvenient. It's most annoying after navigating around a single chapter page many times using the anchor links that jump you around the page, since then you have to hit "Back" in your browser many times just to get to the table of contents. Simple fix would be to put the breadcrumbs links at the top of the single-column-view layout instead of hiding them. For what it is worth, I experienced this in Chrome on a Windows desktop after shrinking my window width to about half of my monitor width.
