I created a blade singer character today, and advanced them up to 7th level but was never given access to spells higher than 1st level.
If yoy made a character and then leveled him/her at one time you need to reload the page to get access to the higher level spells I hope that helps
That happens with other casters, too. Probably a bug, because I think it should autoupdate on level up and give you the correct spellslots.
