I've just made this account to try and make a character, I've tried Resync and log out and in again. Nothing changed. I know this problem happened before, but I ask, do i need to have something bought or claimed to have the extra subclases? I just have 1 option for each class. Everything else is good. But subclasses are almost non existant.

The free Basic Rules product only includes one subclass for each class. You would need to own the Player's Handbook to use the others.
