New account Missing 2024 Classes/Subclasses?

I've just made this account to try and make a character, I've tried Resync and log out and in again. Nothing changed. I know this problem happened before, but I ask, do i need to have something bought or claimed to have the extra subclases? I just have 1 option for each class. Everything else is good. But subclasses are almost non existant.
