Just jumping on here to update the forums- I've seen several public entities (libraries, schools, etc) in this thread as recently as last month feeling lost about the educator kits. After emailing back and forth with WOTC customer service, they kept sending me the "link" to the educator license page and encouraging I submit an application. It was obviously not the correct link as it was rerouting to the DNDB basics page every single time they sent it. Finally, support emailed me this-
Just to let you know, for the time being and until the page is reinstated on D&D Beyond, applications for the Educator Kits (Digital and Physical) are temporarily on pause.
I understand not being able to get back to me instantly, as we've all worked in customer service and been swamped. However, after being sent wrong link after wrong link several times for over a week, just for them to finally say this, felt like a huge waste of everyone's time. More transparency would have been GREATLY appreciated; it seems like applying was never an option to begin with. Just say that!! Don't string me along with one email every 3 days sending the same erroneous link encouraging me to submit an application that won't be processed anyways.
So, for any other libraries or teachers trying to get the Educator Kit and not hearing back or being talked in circles, here's confirmation it's not happening. Just save yourself the headache. Really disappointing :/
Our Educator Resources have moved to the Hasbro Global Philanthropy page to live with the other educator resources under Hasbro's umbrella. At the time of OPs post, the Educator Resources were in a flux due to the old D&D site going down.
I can happily say that we are shipping Educator Kits again, and they can be requested at the above site.

D&D StaffHi there!
