In our campaign I cannot get into the character builder it just sends me back to the choose a method page. I have tried multiple devices, signed out and back in multiple times and tried multiple days. Anyone have any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

I was seeing this also yesterday.
And today, creating a character is PAINFULLY slow when you hit NEXT.
