Hello i have a digital purchase that is not functioning despite saying delivered. I have already checked and my account is synced the AI assistant is essentially useless and the report window is broken. Is there a number I can call or does customer service just not really exist for these products?

If you check this page, are your Account Entitlements in sync? Is that book listed under Current Product Licenses?
