Let me say first that I only have a DM subscription and that I have not yet bought any content, so if what I'm about to ask is possible once I do buy content, forgive me.
So my question is, for a campaign, can I select which content I want to be used in that campaign. Say. PHB, DM, MM, Sword Coast, Princes of the Apacolypse.
So the only those rules in that content are available to the character builder.

Granular content is not currently available, but it is on the roadmap.
