I’m trying to understand what happened with my purchase today. I decided I was going to catch my collection up with the 5.5e rules, so I ended up purchasing several digital+physical packs (it was a fairly large purchase). My initial order went through with all the items (digital & physical), and I was charged for everything. Next thing I know, I’m being charged a second time for my physical products I already paid for. Sadly, the money for the second charge for the books I already paid for was not in my account and now my order history is showing my physical books were cancelled.
I’m worried because I feel like DnDBeyond stole hundreds of dollars from me and I’m not getting my physical books. Can someone explain this/help me out?
In case anyone asks, I did put in a ticket; I’m just wondering if this is normal or if an error occurred. I’m petty disappointed with how this purchase experience went.
